Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Please inform The Urban Newtown of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard or American Express. All international cards will be charged and refunded in AUD currency, and the hotel is not responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Property is dog friendly, but only the King Suite room and not any other rooms at AUD 40 per stay for one night stays and AUD 80 for more than one night stays. Please contact the property.
